Refund policy

Return and Exchange Policy:
We guarantee your satisfaction! If in the unlikely case that you are not satisfied with the freshness of your order or the condition of any of our items, kindly contact us and we will gladly replace the arrangement you received or in any case, refund the money if no product has been receive.

Refund Process:

1. Admin fee of 20% will be less to process the refund request.

2. Make sure that your order will not beyond 3 days before delivery date otherwise, refund will be forfeited

3. Only authorized person to ask for refund is the one who made a transaction through us. For security reason, we will ask certain info of you and your reason of your cancellation.

4. Refund will be made 1-2 days depending on your issuing bank excluding weekend.

5. To ask for express refund, only person who made a transaction through us can call us and ask for express refund.
