Shipping policy

We are using 3rd party delivery partner. Rest assured we will packed your order properly to avoid problem during delivery.

we can only do one attempt to deliver your order, after your recipient is not reachable, your order will respectfully return at our store, in any case the sender intent to redeliver the product, additional shipping fee may occur and will be shoulder by the recipient or the sender for the inconvenience, whatever agreement may arise.

Incase the sender is not reachable, we may return the order to our store to keep the flowers in good condition as the weather may give too much exposure to the product leading it to make it wither.
